SAMARITANS If you are suffering with intrusive or suicidal thoughts and would like urgent care, please contact The Samaritans who are available 24/7. Free call 116123 or email jo@samaritans.org. The Samaritans offer a safe place to talk about personal issues and troubles. Many callers may be experiencing depressive episodes and/or suicidal tendencies. The Samaritans aim to reduce the number of fatalities by suicide in the UK & Ireland.
